I read a book in the 2000 it had a blue cover. It was about someone's personal journey but ultimately was basically a self-help book showing how your reactions affected others' reactions to you and the four personality/relationship types. For example, the more you pushed someone away from intruding into your life the more they would try to intrude.
I think its name started with C but that's all I can remember.
