Paul Tremblay's forthcoming The Pallbearer's Club made Jenna question who was telling the truth, the narrator or the character critiquing the story in the annotations. Raven Black (blackraven6913) | 198 comments Sometimes it can be off putting, but at the same time, if done right it is like Cait said, like you are "In joke." With Coral Reefs: Cities of the Ocean this works really well (having the narrator talking directly to you the reader).
