Gory action book with an older main character who is I think-40 years old, with super human abilitie

Can’t remember the author, I read it between the years 2017 and 2019, I remember three main characters. Two men and a woman, one was a fat dude and I can’t remember the physique for the other dude, but I do remember the text saying that the woman was very beautiful. All characters had super human abilities, and the man whose physique I don’t remember is the main character. Their abilities came from their ancestors, because their ancestors were beings of some sort, I don’t remember. There’s a bit a comedy here and there. I remember a specific quote the woman said, and it pertained to her ancestor and her. “I inherited the quality not the quantity,” because her ancestors were massively built because of their superhuman abilities. All the characters are human I think, they might have had regenerative abilities. I remember there was a bit of gore and the front cover might have had an animal of some sort on it. The main character isn’t a younger guy, he’s old, 30-40 years old I think, but I remember that he was pretty fit for his age. All three people have super strength.
