To be a series on Goodreads, books need to have more than a common theme -- like characters in common, an overarching storyline, a shared universe, etc. What makes this a series?

Also, Cruel Inception appears to only be available to those who sign up for your newsletter. Is that correct?

It's an interconnected standalone series, so they're all in a shared universe. Corrupted Temptation (the 2nd book) is about the sister of the hero in Corrupted Heir (the first book). Corrupted Protector (the 3rd book) is about the brother of the hero in Corrupted Heir. So they are all interconnected and exist in the same universe.

Yes, that's correct. If it cannot be added in the series, it is not a problem.
