Humorous book predicting future from early 2000s onwards--Michael Jackson dies aged 200, rubber cars, Disney creates 10D map of the world. Read 2015-ish.

Guessing that this was written in the 90s. It was just a prediction of things that would happen every year/few years since the early 2000s. Some of the predictions I remember:

- Michael Jackson living until his mid-200s and becoming not only the longest-lived person, but the only one to change his skin color twice
- Volkswagen launching a "rubber ball" car in 2009
- By around 2400, Disney has created a global simulation of all five senses from any point on Earth

Not sure what genre it would be considered, but any help finding it is appreciated!
