As for your question, honestly, no--but I wish I'd been that brilliant. That's an amazing idea! :D My characters basically run the show, but at my heart, I hate ageism and feel "older" people are capable of so much more than society gives them credit for. That's probably where it came from.

The timeframe was a bit problematic. Originally, she was a bit younger, but in order for the dates to line up, that had to change.

You will absolutely LOVE the GhostWriters books! I still can't get the scenes out of my head from book one!

Finished it and enjoyed it. As I wrote in my review I was afraid at the start that it might be another typical haunted house story but I found that it wasn’t. There was more of a family mystery tied in and I liked that.

Thanks so much, Kevin! I hope you love that one too--I went through hell writing it. (The Ural Mountains in winter are not a pleasant place to be, even in one's mind.)

Thanks so much, Anne. I'm glad I surprised you! The house really did seem to have a story of its own to tell, and I've always found people to be scarier than any ghost or monster. :)
