Paula Cappa | 284 comments For all you writers, I'm guest blogging at Thoughtful Minds United. The subject is creative writing styles. Are you a plotter who outlines or do you wing it intuitively?

Mary Catelli The thing I always dislike about this is that they seem to think that you have to pants a normal first draft. I pants my outlines. Once I figure out where I could start -- and there may be notes before then -- I head out into the wilds of the story in an outline where I am pantsing all along the way.

And it's not a "multi-leveled" outline. It's just a description of each scene.
