This was an exciting book! There were people who were good, some who were very bad and others in between. What side the players were on was determined early or relatively easy to guess. However, there were still a few plot twists that added to the story. In it the First Lady of the United States goes missing. Is it because she is mad about a scandal involving her husband, the President, or has someone kidnapped her?

This thriller takes place over a few days and moves along quickly. A White House Secret Service team, led by Sally Grissom, becomes involved to find the First Lady, but not everyone wants her found. Grissom is not sure who can be trusted and her own family becomes targeted. Relationships in the book are messy and people can be deceived. It is a good story that fans of James Patterson will enjoy.
