Sonia | 3 comments Hello, I hope this is the right place for this!
I'm not sure about tabletop roleplaying games quickstarters: are they books? It seems to me that they are but I always have a hard time finding infos, especially ISBN.
Some of them are clearly books, here's an example https://store48545040.company.site/RA..., I have it in my possession and it's a small printed book with no ISBN visible but it has every other info needed.
Some are just ebooks in pdf format, for example the Household one https://cmon.com/news/household-quick...

Journey to Ragnarok: Il grigio viandante is an example of quickstart that I found on Goodreads... it's the italian page for this https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/....
I tried checking on the Manual and I'm still unsure about the whole thing, some quickstarters are sold as normal books, or easily downloadable, and some others are accessible only by registering to newsletters or are "file hosted on a personal file sharing service (even if the content would otherwise qualify as a book)".

The ones that are accessible only by registration or by download from a personal file sharing service are easy: they should not be added to Goodreads, and should be deleted (or marked as NOT A BOOK if they have text reviews) if they have already been added.

The others I am less clear on. However, if they are sold as kits (as the one you linked to seems to be), they also should not be added to Goodreads.

Sonia | 3 comments So it would be right to say that there isn't a general rule on quickstarters, but it depends on how they're obtained, case by case?

That sounds about right. However, if they are all sold as kits, that would be an issue.

Sonia | 3 comments Thank you. Usually it's a single pdf file with nothing else, sometimes the hard copy can be sold in a kit (as the first that I linked) but the main product is always the book.
