Daniel Momesso | 1 comments Hi folks.

There's this new boxed set of pocket edition of the Dune saga published in Brazil (https://editoraaleph.com.br/produto/b...) and I'd like to ask for help merging the books into the boxed set.

This entry (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...) contains info about book #1, but the ISBN of the box.

Following are the books 1-6, all with correct information about the book and ISBN.

Dune #1 - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
Dune #2 - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...
Dune #3 - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...
Dune #4 - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...
Dune #5 - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...
Dune #6 - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

Thank you!

It's not appropriate to merge the 6 books into the boxed set, nor would we combine the books with the boxed set. The boxed set is a separate edition.

Since the ISBN for the boxed set is currently being used for Book #1, we would make a cross-reference link between the boxed set and the Book #1 edition. Sometimes publishers reuse ISBNs, either in error or on purpose.

There are a number of editions of the Books #1-6 boxed set already in the Goodreads database. Because I didn't find the specific edition shown on EditoraAleph, I created that edition here as part of the other Books #1-6 boxed sets: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6...

I cross-referenced the boxed set to the edition that is currently using the ISBN 9786586064964, here: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5..., and added a cross-reference on that book as well.
