Delete old version of book

I work for the publisher, and the first link is the book's original title but it was changed months before publication.

Or, if it makes more sense, please merge the two titles together. Thanks!

Merge was appropriate, due to the number of adds the placeholder edition picked up. Merge pending, which will move those adds over to the hardcover edition.

ETA: I also changed the title and added the missing cover to the ebook edition, ISBN 9781250793607
