Randall Flagg and Pennywise

On twitter Stephen King suggested that Randall Flagg and Pennywise are the same character, what are your thoughts on it?

I saw the connection with Randall Flagg and Andre Linoge(legion) from Storm of the Century more than Randall and Pennywise. But the suggestion has brought to my mind that there are some similarities between Linoge and Pennywise. Hmmm...

Randall Flagg is in 2 of Stephen King's books. I don’t see a connection between Flagg and Pennywise, to me they are not similar in their appetites. Flagg goes mainly for adults whereas Pennywise likes going after children.
