I don't remember much about it but it's about a witch who follows in her grandmother's footsteps. She gets assigned to a town to help fight a rat infestation? She also finds a bigger threat in the woods near the town and maybe is in a love triangle. The book's cover is a dark teal with vines. It has a potion bottle on it and the name has something to do with Alchemy or something like that. I read it 4 years ago when I bought it. Gave it to the school's library after a few reads.
