Jason Lopez and Lucy seem to have a good working relationship. Have they gotten past their early issues or are they just committed to behaving professionally? Why did Sean go above and beyond to help out Jason and his family?

Sean went a long way to try and smooth over Lucy and Jason's situation. Lucy will be professional but will not totally trust Jason. She will trust him professionally, but not with anything personal.

[Sharon]

There is no way that Lucy will trust Jason anytime soon. First impressions last a long time. Lucy will be professional regardless of her personal opinion.

Sean surprised me, but when I thought about it, I thought Sean wanted to lessen Jason's anxiety, making it easier for Lucy to work with him.

[Robin]

I think Lucy and Jason have moved past their first meetings when he was tasked with reporting her whereabouts to the boss. They can now work together and do their jobs. I don't think they'll ever be close. She won't trust him with her family matters or personal problems like she would with Nate Dunning.

[Charlene]

I don't ever see them becoming chums!

Sean did this for Lucy and it worked to smooth out the friction. I believe they respect each other professionally but Lucy will never trust Jason or bond with him as Robin describes above about her relationship with Nate, or even Ryan.
