Placeholder cover ("Cover to be revealed") replaced with actual cover from Amazon, but not from the Amazon page you've linked to, as that is for different edition (hardcover with isbn 9780008286989 https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...), not the paperback with isbn 9780008287023 from your GR link.

Title corrected. Book moved to the correct Susan Lewis and combined with the other editions.
