Series not included

I just realized thanks to a reader my series isn't included in the listing. When I go on any of the book pages and attempt to add a series, it says I am not authorized.

The series is "Boys of Bridgewater" and the books that should be included are:

I've set Overruled by Love as 0.5 rather than 0 because it appears to be a novella.
