SOLVED. YA Science Fiction(?) read 2012-17. Part of Series. Teenage female protagonist has amnesia, telekinesis, love, fake family, etc. Spoilers ahead. [s]

I believe this was part of a trilogy. The cover of the books had a girl looking at the reader with the entire cover covered in one colour (red, green, and blue I believe) except a strip over her eyes. In the first book she was found in a car crash and taken to the hospital. She escaped and met a boy after opening a locked warehouse door with her mind. He betrayed her and the second book starts(?). She has amnesia again and is now with this female scientist who is pretending to be her mother (who is secretly actually her mother and was on her side the whole time). She sees a therapist who makes sure she isn't remembering anything she shouldn't. At the end of the book she is taken away in a straight jacket in the back of a van driven by her fake-actual-mom in this books moment of betrayal. The third book begins and I think she has new amnesia. She is now in this white facility with other kids her age who are given pills daily to maintain their telekinesis. They are all mind controlled into using their telekinesis to destroy fake buildings to test their powers. The protagonist also has weekly meetings with the main bad man in a beautiful greenhouse. She also neglects to take her pills sometimes. She meets a janitor boy who turns out to be her book one love interest. He tells her those meetings she thinks she's been having are actually more sinister. Both of them confront the bad man and the protagonist reveals she doesn't need the pills for telekinesis. She is shot and things happen. At the end of the book scientist-mom-lady and protagonist-girl meet and sit at a bench in the park. Scientist-mom-lady reveals she is the protagonists mom and was following her orders to lose her memory and escape.
