The story begins with Tracy helping a young female police officer improve her shooting at the range. Is this something she plans to do on a regular basis or is this an isolated case?

[Robin]

Tracy was hired because she was a female and there was a mandate to let a couple of women on the force. She went through a lot to keep her job and put up with men like Nolasco. I think she is willing to help other women move up in the police force and show the men what they can do.

[Jonetta]

I’ve come to really like and respect Tracy for many reasons and this example tops the list. As the first woman to join the force, she didn’t have a mentor. Now, she’s going to keep an eye out for other women who join the force and share what she’s learned that will make them smarter and better skilled. Asking this officer to pay it forward was sage advice, too.

[Sharon]

I'm sure she will continue to help new female officers. She is an excellent marksman and enjoys assisting others to improve their skills. I love that she is working on setting up a network of female officers who make themselves available to help others.

I think she will continue to help/assist female officers when it presents itself to her. I feel like this is just who she is and she would do this in whatever type of job she was in. She is what you want your female co workers to be like.

Yes, it is good to see Tracy help other women in the force. Also, it reminds me that she continues to hone the craft she and her sister learned from their dad when they were young.
