Issues with Quotes

I want to edit and delete some of the Quotes I wrote.

I wrote couple of quotes before under my name, I want to edit the content of some quotes and author name, and also go delete others, how I can edit/change the quotes I already published by myself?Shadi Kamal Kandil and also how I can edit my author account, update the name and bio and upload a photo?

I have deleted all but the one 21 people have liked, which is beyond my abilities.
Why you deleted everything, I asked if I can edit some (these quotes were copied in more than 100 websites and you can google it) and yes I have a novel should be published by the end of 2022.

There shouldn't even be an author profile and I'm not sure how it was created.
