I think this needs a superlibrarian-level decision

If there are indeed two works with this same ISBN, a new page for the other book should have been created, not changing this edition into the other book.
When I search for the other title and author, I don't get any results except for the book page on Goodreads, so I'm not even sure if it exists and if we should create a new page for it. (The person who made the edits is no longer on Goodreads, so we can't get their answer)
The description and cover are for one book (Harrowing Roses, by Barbara Cooper, which I can't find elsewhere on GR) and the title and author are another ( A lonely winter, by Sam Hudgins). I feel like either way I correct it will delete something that someone at regular librarian level shouldn't.
Additionally, I can see my own name in the change log and, while I hope I didn't make some horrendous mistake in the past, I don't want to risk doing so now.
I happen to own a paperback copy of Harrowing Roses the isbn is 9798787263916.
