Read around 2012-2015. A girl and her family moved to a small town, and everyone in the village only eats sausages and watch tv all the time. she goes for a walk and ends up at a hotel for monsters/spirits, they arrive in human suits that they unzip to become their true forms. There was a big deer creature that was the manager of the hotel, and the hotel was a living entity that had to be fed or the lights would go off. I listened to it as an audiobook, and the cover had a picture of the deer with its antlers stretching across the whole cassette.
