Romantic Short Stories - Ghosts, Emergency Plane Landing and Man from the Past

Many years ago (about 15-20 years, so early 2000's maybe earlier) I read a book that was a compilation of short(ish) romance stories. I believe Nora Roberts may have been one (or entirely) of the authors but I can't recall. What I *think* I remember was a story about a woman who has to emergency land her plane and runs into a man she used to babysit, a woman who falls in love with a ghost, and another who somehow ends up with a guy from the past (like Victorian England past). I believe these were all short stories in the same book but could be TOTALLY off so this may be a lost cause.
