"Chick Lit" series about a girl moving to the suburbs, getting married & having baby

Hi all. I read this series back in 2005 or 2007. There were 3 or 4 books in the series. I don't remember the author obviously but I remember the covers of the books being colorful. The main character lived in the city. She got engaged and her and her fiance moved to the suburbs. They get married and one of the books was about her being pregnant and becoming a mom. The copies I had were all soft cover so they may have been released around 2004 or so. I wish I had more information but I have racked my brain for years trying to figure out the titles and author.
