I remember reading this book in middle school and for some reason i want to read it agian. Though ive fogotten alot i rememebr some of the plot. Pretty much a guy has a best friend named matt dont qoute me on that. Matt is the popular dude that al the girls like while the main charter is in his shadow. Im pretty sure they live in new york.Matt played baseball im pretty sure and was a handsome young man tall all of that. While the main character is short. Now my memory is awful but ik for fact the girl the main charter meets at a baseball game name is Josie. They end up clicking and they make out for like a hour on a love seat and the main n character finally feels accomplished. Ik this book was published between 1998 and 2002 and ik for a fact the title had the words short and tall
