I can't remember the book's title. It's about a college couple going to ivy league schools in opposite coasts. I believe the guy is going to Harvard? And the girl to Stanford. Guy later found out that the girl dropped out but he didn't know why. Later found out the reason is that she was pregnant. She became a single parent barely making ends meet to raise her child.
