General Fiction--set in a bookstore owned by an albino man with a lisp

Okay, so I read this...maybe in the early 2010s? I'm not entirely sure of the timeline. But, I recall that it was at least partly set in a bookstore, the owner of the bookstore was an albino man, and he had a slight speech impediment. He was NOT the main character. I think the main character worked for him, but I'm not entirely sure.
