Okay. I don't know what is normally done but I viewed it more as a book (let's say, hardcover) that can be sold through Amazon and also through Barnes & Noble even though it's the same edition. It's just that Amazon is also using ASIN identifiers but it doesn't mean the book is different.


The ASIN is an audible book, even though it says Recorded Books. Yes, it is confusing.


Same as an ebook might have Random House as a publisher, but have a separate edition for Kindle than the ISBN ebook (has more to do with being issued a separate identifier)

One is identified by an ISBN and the other by ASIN, but I think it's the same book. The first is probably this one:
