I’m looking for an interracial bwwm novel that’s involved a black girl who was involved with a white familyj in her childhood . The son of that family was mean to her since childhood and when they reunited as an adult at his father request at the family home he was still horrible to her despite being in love with her. She eventually has enough and gets a new job on an island and he goes to look for her to reunite with her and works to get her back.
