Michele | 6349 comments I strongly suspect that there are 2 different Christian Leon's represented under this author name, based on the very different types of books (scholarly vs sexy). What is the best way to determine if that is the case? The sexy ones aren't in WorldCat (ha ha, what a surprise), so I can't use that.

On a related note, is there a way to search for an author with a specific number of spaces between first/last name, e.g. Jane^Smith or Jane^^Smith or Jane^^^Smith? I tried searching with the name enclosed in quotations and it didn't seem to work.

Thank you.

Renske | 12223 comments For the second question, you can find the list by either the link on the combine page on the right side, where it is called 'Names similar to [author]'. Or for non Goodreads authors, you can find it on the edit page of the profile, the link is is also on the right side, called 'similar names'.
The indicated number of spaces only looks at the last place, so people with double surnames or with Sr/Jr you might still need to check manually.

It is indeed quite likely you example are multiple authors. Without real prove, I would say that this case is likely enough to disambiguate them.
