I've noticed that 2 books in the 87th precinct series by Ed McBain are listed in reversed order:
Killer's Wedge as #7 Lady Killer is listed as #8
The correct order is:
Lady Killer (87th precinct #7) Killer's Wedge (87th precinct #8)
Not only there are continuity issues that prove that Lady Killer comes first in the series, but Killer's Wedge was listed as originally published in 1958, when in fact it was 1959. (This publication date error I think I managed to correct, but the order of the books I couldn't change.)
