YA two-part book series. The world has been taken over by parasites. Teen girl (who had a tiger in the beginning of the book) is part of a prophecy to save the world with 5 or so other teens who have superpowers. Read ~2016, spoilers ahead.

Plot: The Earth is taken over by parasites that take over the person and live inside them, but act like the person. I don't know when it was set but I think it took place in the United States. I'm pretty sure at the beginning of the book the teenage girl is living in the woods with her pet tiger? And she breaks into an abandoned store or something. Then she goes back into the woods and is found by another teenager who tells her she's part of a prophecy where 5 or 6 teens who were born under certain zodiac signs will gain powers to help defeat the parasites. So the girl goes with the other teen and they reach some camp where the other teens who are part of the prophecy lived. She was the final part of the prophecy.

I remember one of the teens was super strong and another character could see into the future. One of the girls was named Lily, but not the main girl. At some point I think their camp is attacked? So they go live in this underground bunker full of other humans. Someone down their can see the auras of the teens, and they point out that main girls is the strongest/brightest so she's the most powerful. While they're in the bunker, Lily gets taken over by a parasite. I'm pretty sure the first book ends with the main girl infiltrating a parasite ball so she can woo the prince and kill him. I don't remember the second book as vividly as the first, so I can't really give details there, but I know the second book had a knife in the ground, which was all dried up and cracked, as the cover.

I've been searching for this book series for years, but I still haven't given up hope. I hope y'all can help me find this book!
