NA Thriller/ Mystery where protagonist is in a somewhat desolate cabin with friends and suffers a head injury early on. Spoilers ahead.

What I can remember is the protagonist is a woman in her 20s or 30s who meets with a group of friends/acquaintances in a house or cabin. Early on, she bumps her head (under the sink possibly?) and murders happen both in the house and in the nearby community. I read this book sometime between 2012-2016.

The big plot twist at the end is that the protagonist committed the murder in the house, of a man around her age, in the basement. And she took photos of herself smiling with the body. Because of the head injury, she doesn’t remember this. Unreliable narrator/fugue state.
