This girl gets struck by lightning and now whenever she sleeps she can see where missing children are before she even sees them. The girl also rides a motorcycle I think. I don’t know the time period but it talks about how the missing kids are on the milk carton. Also there is one girl that she tells them is under an oak tree and the cops find the girl dead, buried under the oak tree. I read this about 3 years ago. It was a small thick book with a girl on the cover.
