I'm sorry this is going to be really vague

I read this book in 2019 or 2020
It is a YA Fantasy style novel
It was about a healer who was related to royalty in some way, lived in a castle. There was a princess with an arranged marriage in it that she was somehow related to/advising. She ran into a man from the enemy faction who was living in a cave and visited him to heal him and kept his presence secret. There may have been something about a magical fox. The castle she lived in was next to the ocean.
I can't remember anything else.

If it's an older book that you read (so not new in 2019), maybe The White Mare? Heroine is a princess/priestess who heals the enemy and I think ends up in an arranged marriage with him. Can't remember if it's YA or not but maybe borderline YA / Adult?
