Multiple Formats for Book

I submitted a thread to add my book to Goodreads but the book has two versions - ebook and paperback. The thread I posted is for the paperback. Do I need to do a separate thread for the ebook?

No you can just edit your post to add the request for the ebook - or kindle, if that is what you have. Kindle & ebook are considered separate formats on Goodreads.
