SOLVED. Children's/YA set in ireland [s]

I remember reading and doing a book report on this book when I was younger, but can't seem to find the title.
A young girl is the main character. The family may have recently moved to Ireland. They have a creepy cellar in their new house which contains clues to why there is a ghost haunting the girl. She works to put the ghost to rest. I think the cover may have had a grassy field and stone wall on it...
Does anyone recognize this?
