I read a book YEARS ago. The main character was named Misty DeArmond and she came to a ski lodge to work. She had a volatile relationship with a guy named Vic. That's all I remember. No title, no author. Sorry. For some reason, it came up in a discussion. I've searched on line and found nothing. Does anyone here remember this book?

How sure are you about the names? Could it be Dearmond, D'Armond, or DiArmond?(As a quick warning: Google search of "Misty DeArmond" has some explicit adult results.)
What kind of work does she do? How did she meet Vic? Is he another employee, or a guest at the resort? Just throwing out ideas to maybe jump-start your memory.
The ski lodge is in the US. And I think the spelling of her last name was DeArmond. At least that's how I remember it. She met Vic at the lodge, where he is a ski instructor. She was his pupil and they didn't get along. Until the end when they decided they were right for each other.

You're welcome. Glad I could help. I first tried Misty DeArmond and nothing came up, and then I tried Misty and Vic and I got the same result. Then I tried Misty D'Armond and that's how it came up with the title.
