Can’t remember when I read this book I think it was 2018 ish. Basically both characters want to buy a brownstone in Manhattan. I think it belonged to one of their family members and gets outbid. I can’t remember which one but the characters know each other and dislike each other. I’m sure they keep seeing each other in the same gym?
