YA Post-Apocalyptic series with Teens on Dirtbikes. Title includes "Turbo"? Read in 1991.

I read a book series in 1991 about a group of teenagers living in a Post-apocalyptic world riding dirtbikes. That is all I can remember. These books seemed older and was probably written in the 70's or 80's.

I believe the word "Turbo" is in the title. I had an "a-ha" moment and unlocked part of a memory. I hope this helps.
