I'm sorry. I don't remember much of the plot as its been at least a decade since I've read it.

From what I could remember, it's about a young, kind girl who either inherits a big house or lives at a big manor where her mom works as a maid. There's a old man character in it that could possibly her benefactor. I also remember it having a fantasy element of talking gargoyles or other stone creatures.

I was in middle school (around 2011-2014) when I read this, so it is probably meant for a middle schooler or it could be a clean fantasy read.
