Read around 2012-2014. The book is narrated by one of the siblings but it's not actually revealed which one it is. I think it was a sister and two brothers but I don't remember for sure. The cover had the siblings standing next to one another, if I remember correctly there were two smaller siblings with black hair, including the girl, and then the tallest brother had blond hair. The colors are muted, maybe a tree in the background.

I don't remember exactly how this was all revealed, I think they moved closer to a psychiatric hospital or the like. The siblings discovered all the people their father had been painting are in that building and are actually people who forgot their previous identities and now think they are a different person. The prince in the unfinished work in the one sibling's bedroom is actually their mother who forgot who she used to be. She doesn't remember who she is or who they are I think, but they still kind of hang out together.
