YA fiction book read between 2010-2015 told from multiple (5-6) perspectives with two characters named Gretchen (popular girl) and Q (football player?) who were dating before Gretchen fell for the shy new boy. Think they were in senior year of high school. One of the characters mentioned that another lived in a McMansion.

The reviews mention a shy new student (he is shy because he doesn't speak much English), and a Gretchen that is dating Quincy, the co-captain of the football team.
