I can't really remember the plot, just the ending off the book. *spoliers* The heroine gets kidnapped by her husband (in the Mafia or something similar to that) enemies. He injects her with this drug that slows her heartbeat down and paralyses her. The hero finds her but believes she is is dead, he holds her body then tells his team to take her out of the building because the hero is going to blow the building and himself up. The heroine comes to in the car and runs back to him. The drug didn't kill her but dis cause her to miscarriage. The hero and heroine blow up the building with them In it causing everyone to believe there dead. The heroine father is giving her necklace and that's when the father sort of realised that they faked their death.
