Read in ~2003, but book is likely from pre's 2000's, maybe 80's or 90's. Pirate father dies, people are looking for his treasure, his red headed daughter has to assemble a crew to look for it. She has magic as her mum's a witch. She doesn't get on with either parent. Love interest is a famous swordsman who betrayed the kingdom, got locked up and has been bribed with his freedom to join her crew to betray her so the King can have the treasure. Cover has a curly red haired witch holding a sword on pirate ship in a black leather top with various crew members. It's part of a series.
