Hi team sequel! This is my first time joining a challenge also!
I’m going for as many points as possible but just looking over the titles in my TBR list there’s a good possibility I’ll be able to get 2 point but aiming for more. I have never played scattergories but I think I’m understanding this round. I’ll just read a book starting with as many same letters in the title from what ever letter is given. I’m guessing subtitles are out. We could probably get a load of points with subtitles 😁
Hello team! This first round doesn't seem easy. I don't have any idea for the moment. I read
last year, it's a great book!
I haven’t chosen a book yet because I’m just finishing another but I’ve been looking for one! Do I just post here once I’ve chosen one?

This round is Animal, so the title doesn't apply. You need to read a book that has an animal mentioned in it starting with P (i.e. pig, pony, poodle, pug, pit bull, etc.) If you can find one with multiple P's, it'll be worth more points (i.e. "her poodle, named Peaches" [2 points], "He got her a pinto pony, named peaches" [3 points]

Notice
If you have a team member that didn't check in or finish a book for a round, someone else on the team may post an extra book to fill in for them.
Preference is for each member to read their own (1) book, but life happens and sometimes someone can't read as expected.

Ah thanks for the info Melaine!I think I'm going to take the easy route and read Mr. Popper's Penguins. I'll try to keep in mind a penguin with a P name!
I've started the book Room-maid by Sariah Wilson which has a dog named Pigeon but I just am not that into it as of now.
Or i might take one of these suggestions!
Hi team! just to let you know I finished my book and I posted it on the round thread. Have a nice week :-) and happy reading.
I have posted another book that is worth 2 points. The book I originally posted can be a back-up if we need it.
Great! It's a good idea Rachel.Melanie has posted the letter for the next round: S and the category is: secondary female character.
The book I read today had a secondary female character with a S name and I posted it. Hoping I read a different book that is worth more, since this was only 1 point, so I can swap it. :)
I think I am going to read
Keturah. If someone is looking for a book there is this one:
. There are two characters with a name starting with an S.
Anybody have any suggestions for the second female with S name? I’ve been reading Harry Pottery(not my usual genre) and it’s sooo long that all my time has been spent in that book. I’ll have to read fast.

Some other suggestions:Beyond All Dreams - Sarah Starling
Far Side of the Sea - Miss Simmons
To Steal a Heart - Mrs Sampson
The Forgotten Recipe - Sarah
I think I will read An Amish Arrangement and an Amish Noel: An Anthology for this round. Some other options:
An Amish Miracle: Always Beautiful, Always His Providence, Always in My Heart
Anne of Green Gables & Anne of Avonlea
Adopting Amish: An anthology of Amish Romance
An Amish Hope: A Choice to Forgive, Always His Providence, A Gift for Anne Marie
Against All Odds
As You Are
Love Amid The Ashes
Amy Carmichael: Beauty for Ashes
Just finished reading: Afraid of All the Things: Tornadoes, Cancer, Adoption, and Other Stuff You Need the Gospel For

That book was so good!! It’s only 3 points so I’m still looking for more points.
Hi everyone! I apologise for not participating in this so far. I honestly simply forgot about it and for some reason I thought about it tonight. Again, I’m so sorry! After a discussion at church today, I, ironically, was planning to reread the Anne of Green Gables series. I plan to start the first audiobook tomorrow at work and I’d have it finished by the end the round.
I've posted my book and a backup for this round.Becky, do you want to post your 3 pointer on the round thread?
Whew!! Almost forgot! At Walt Disney world on vacation for Mardi Gras break(from Louisiana) and lost tract of time. Got the book I read posted for round three. Only 3 points. Hope everyone gets there’s in on time. Looking forward to the next category!
Sorry guys for going MIA. I don’t think I’ll be able to post a book in time. If anyone has a back up it’ll be useful!
