This book was read around the years 2016-2017 i vaguely remember the book cover (hardcover dust jacket) being white with i think polar bears on it? What i remember it being about was a man expecting his child, i think it based upon culture of native americans. Basically the unborn child told her dad she couldn’t hear the songs of nature (not sure on that one) and he goes on a journey to find the songs for her so that she knows that there is a world out there and can be born. specific details i remember, it’s a modern setting because he drinks a lot of coca cola, shamans we’re mentioned. basically that’s all i can recall and i’m just super interested in knowing the title.
