Hussain | 10 comments The wook starts off with a dad taking his 2 sons to live with their aunt or grandma (either one of those im so sorry i can’t remember exactly). So he leaves them at her home and then goes off for some business. The smaller brother one day wants to eat ice cream and so they travel around the town to try to find some ice cream. they end up reaching a museum at the top of the hill which is still not open but the professor there meets them and they get popsicles as well as a history lesson on the artefacts inside the museum.
Later on in the story, they 2 boys meet a girl who becomes their friend. She lives in a massive lighthouse with her mother father (and maybe sister or i think she had a dog? maybe even both?)
In the end the artifacts are stolen and they investigate and find out the professor is the culprit. theres also a massive cave in the story.

The genres are Adventure and Mystery.

the last time i read this book was 4 years ago and it got lost. It randomly came to my head how much i loved that book and id really be grateful if someone, anyone, can help.

Thank you

Capn | 3506 comments Hi Hussain!

We will try to help. ;) But first, you have to update your topic heading to include genre, date, and a short detail. You could write something like:

Children's, two brothers get ice cream from professor at museum, female friend lives in lighthouse, burglary of artefacts. Read 2018.

(You can just copy and paste if you like that. Use the EDIT POST button on the desktop site or mobile EDIT)

Capn | 3506 comments Here are some I found by searching for "museum robbery":

Detective Nosegoode and the Museum Robbery - has a talking dog

Chasing Vermeer - with Petra and Calder

Eddie Red Undercover: Mystery on Museum Mile - in New York city

Guggenheim Mystery - Ted, Kat and Salim

are any of those right?

Hussain | 10 comments I would also like to add to the story

The cave is important to the story as the cave is directly under the museum. the professor escaped from a secret passage that lead to the cave from his office. To get to that cave from the outside, you would have to ride a boat there. The three characters rode it there and thus they found the stolen artifacts.

There was also a part where the three characters were chased by oxes (this was the part where they met)
