Help please!

There is this book I read once years ago. I am pretty sure it was a harlequin book. Now I need help finding it. I don't remember a whole lot about it. What I do remember is that it follows a widowed women. I'm pretty sure her husband died in a car accident by going off a cliff or something like that. Towards the end of the book she finds out that her husband actually faked his dead and is a bad guy. He winds up trying to kill her and she is saved by the male lead who she has fallen in love with.

Don't know the title. If it is a Harlequin, could be a Harlequin Intrigue. This definitely would not be a Harlequin Presents. Good luck finding the book!
