Loved this. Alas, when I met the author at Bouchercon in 2001 and fangirled all over her about tbe Turing series, Donna said her publisher was pulling the plug on it, as it was not selling as well as her other series and they did not want her wasting time on it. Having bills to pay, she agreed. There are 3 only in the series.
Yeah, I saw there was only about 4(?) books in the series, I think (maybe 5). Too bad. I tried "Murder With Peacocks" but didn't like it, so I'm not continuing that series at all.
OK, Turing Hopper series has 4. The other one - Meg Langslow. Well, obviously people disagreed with me, as that series has a crazy 30.
Well, I'm not reading any more of that one. One I'm done Turing's series, unless she comes out with something else, I won't be reading more of hers.
Looks like I rated "Murder with Peacocks" as ok. Either way, definitely didn't like it enough to continue.
There are 4 books in the series:1. You've Got Murder (2002)
2. Click Here For Murder (2003)
3. Access Denied (2004)
4. Delete All Suspects (2005)

I persevered, and now this is one of my favorites. It's definitely not as "hilarious" as it's hyped up to be, but it has a droll humor that I really enjoy. The characters have become old friends. And the mystery is usually pretty good.

I really liked this. I think the role playing game upped my interest a bit. I do see I’ve rated it higher than the first in the series (this is the 2nd). Although the game wasn’t everything I was interested in. Finding out who Ray really is, and why he was hiding his identity was also of interest. I just really enjoyed this one, and am glad I continued the series. (I’m sad to see many other ratings are not as high as mine.)
