Tracy reaches out to Jennifer to help improve her performance. What was her motivation to see Jennifer succeed?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3501 comments I believe her skills as a former teacher let Tracy see Jennifer has the ability to succeed. She only lacks self-confidence. Tracy wants to help build her confidence.

I think she had multiple motives. Tracy didn’t want to be the only woman and needed Jennifer to not fail. And, like you say, Sharon, she saw traits in her that convinced her Jennifer could succeed. Tracy is insightful, highly analytical and intuitive.

~Melissa~ | 429 comments I think as a teacher she doesn't like to see students fail (even if they aren't her students) and if she can help - that is what she'll do. As a woman - I would think it would be personal to help and make sure both she and Jennifer made it through the Academy.

Robin (robinmy) | 2466 comments I agree with everyone. Tracy has a teaching background and is going to help others get through the Academy if she can.

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments I agree too. I think a big part of her reason was that she had the teacher mentality and didn't want to see Jennifer fail.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1205 comments I wasn't as quick to tie in her teaching experience with the mentoring; duh, and I even trained to teach high school chemistry!
Of course, Nolasko was stuck in junior high, imho :-)

That’s funny, Charlene😏

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3501 comments I'm not sure he left grade school Charlene. He's still in that little boy "yucky girls" stage.

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments I agree...seems more like grade school to me!

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1205 comments I still maintain that junior high boys are the worst, and I raised two sons :-), hahaha!

Karen ♐ (kmk1214) | 909 comments Have to agree, Charlene. I raised 3 sons and some of their friends were unbelievable! Lol

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3501 comments Junior high boys are a handful. I was a substitute teacher for a time, and hated when I was assigned a junior high.

They don’t know quite what to do with all that testosterone.
